A complex goal.A workable path.

Research feasible paths for complex goals. Bring rules, timing, people and resources together in a next step you can review and approve.

Research, strategy, planning and execution coordination. Scope, deliverables and fees agreed per project.

The problems

What are you trying to move forward?

When a goal spans several conditions and trade-offs, start by understanding the constraints, comparing the routes and deciding how to proceed.

Enter a new market

Compare entry routes, local conditions and resources. Start with a small pilot and clear acceptance criteria.

Market entry

Understand rules and eligibility

Identify relevant requirements, qualifications and open questions that need sources or specialist review.

Rules and eligibility

Find the right window

Connect application windows, decision cycles, dependencies and timing in a practical sequence.

Timing and sequencing

Build mutually useful partnerships

Research possible counterparties, their needs and mutual value. Prepare an approach for your review.

People and mutual value

Coordinate resources and delivery

Bring budgets, people, specialists and practical limits into a plan with owners and milestones.

Resources and execution

One task we could scope together

A Taiwanese food brand exploring one city in the UAE.

Compare entry routes, requirements, potential counterparties, costs and timing. Turn the questions that need checking into a plan with named responsibilities, beginning with one city and a clear pilot goal.

An illustrative scenario, not a completed client engagement.

What we deliver

From analysis to action, scoped around your goal.

Agree on the goal and constraints first, then the deliverables, acceptance criteria, hours and fees. A project could combine:

Options and trade-offs

A comparison of feasible routes with sources, assumptions and open questions.

A plan with named responsibilities

Tasks, owners, milestones and conditions that need further review.

Preparation and coordination

Counterparty research, working documents and outreach drafts. External actions need your approval.

Progress checks and adjustments

Review results, update constraints and agree on the next steps.

Demand and full service delivery are still being validated. Specialist and jurisdiction coverage must be checked per project.

Kairos and Noesis

Understand yourself. Understand the conditions around you.

Two different kinds of next step, with distinct data and service boundaries.

Noesis / Free personal growth

Understand yourself. Adjust your next step.

Noesis connects goals, self-understanding, relationships, time, financial resources, learning and progress in records you can review and correct.

Kairos / Individually scoped paid work

Clarify the conditions. Coordinate a workable path.

Kairos starts with a task brief you provide separately, then scopes research, strategy, planning and execution coordination.

Discuss your goal

You provide a separate task brief. Private Noesis records are not automatically connected or transferred to Kairos.

Unsaved inputs stay in this page. With explicit consent, selected tasks can be retained in this browser’s guest workspace for 7 days. Use synthetic or redacted data. External delivery and submission tools are not connected; final submission remains yours.

Research and assumptions

Market assumptions and existing alternatives

Separate sourced populations, model inputs and the value still to be tested, so assumptions can be checked and adjusted.

Taiwan SMEs: annual service-fee scenarios

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs reports about 1.716 million SMEs and microenterprises, citing the 2025 SME White Paper. Task rates, fees and service coverage below are assumptions.

1.716 million businesses × annual qualified task rate × average service fee

Annual service-fee poolNT$1,029,600,000/ year
Assumed serviceable portionNT$102,960,000/ year

Assumes one task per qualified buyer per year. Model fees are not quotations. The pool is not company revenue, measured demand or cash collected, and must support research, specialists, sales and delivery costs.

Existing tools and services already do useful work.

The test is whether, with the same task and information, we can reduce maintenance, reflect changing constraints in a plan and deliver work another person can accept.

  • ChatGPT and Claude: research, reasoning, memory and ongoing work.
  • Notion: documents, databases and collaboration.
  • Monica and Mesh: relationships and follow-up.
  • BetterUp and coaches: growth and ongoing support.
  • Advisers and concierges: research, specialist judgment and coordination.

Questions before you start

Is Kairos only for cross-border or legal questions?

No. Goals can involve rules, eligibility, partnerships, timing or resource coordination. Whether a task can be accepted depends on its scope and the specialist coverage available.

How are fees agreed?

Discuss the brief, research scope, specialists, delivery hours and acceptance criteria first. The market model on this page is a scenario, not a price quote.

Will Kairos decide or contact people for me?

Important decisions and external actions need your approval. Any additional specialist, introduction or service must be separately agreed in the project.

Do I need to use Noesis first?

No. You can provide a task brief directly. Private Noesis records remain separate from Kairos.

Why might this page look different?

The initial view can use screen, device, browser language, local time, timezone and coarse region hints. You can switch the view in the header; service facts and fee principles stay the same.
